General cargo ship LUCKY was caught in rough weather, understood disable, on Oct 28 off Taichung, western Taiwan, Taiwan Strait. She was probably, anchored, suffered massive water ingress and developed heavy portside list up to 25 degrees. 7 crew were said to be evacuated, salvors of Taiwan Maritime Department reportedly, managed to tow the ship to Taichung. She was en route from Kaohsiung to either mainland China, or northern Taiwan.
