On or about 20 0530H April 16, pirates attacked and boarded an offshore supply vessel underway while at around 39NM SW of Brass, Nigeria
(LAT 03°39.00’N, LONG 006°08’E). Alarm raised and crew mustered. Non-essential crews retreated into the citadel. Pirates escaped before Nigerian Navy boarded the vessel. All crew reported safe. Vessel escorted to a safe port by Nigerian Navy.
